Foodtech 2021, PETETs’ Conference: The Impact of Legislation and Novel Materials on the Food Industry

In the section New trends in food safety belonged the PETETs’ conference entitled "The impact of legislation and novel materials in the food industry" held yesterday at Metropolitan expo exhibition centre, in the context of Foodtech 2021.

Our laboratory participated with the Technical Director Ms. Panagiota Drillia (Chemist PhD), who referred to the changes that have been made in the testing of materials that might come into contact with food (FCM), due to recent changes in current legislation in force.
