WastewaterPrice list

The increase of urban population and the rapid growth of manifucture has led to an over consumption of water. The result of this over consumption is the production of big quantities of waste water.

The Council Directive 91/271/EEC was adopted with the objective to protect the environment from the adverse effects of urban waste water discharges and discharges from certain industrial sectors.

It is essential to know the characteristics of the waste in order to evaluate their influence to the environment and apply the appropriate method of treatment in order to achieve their best use and their safe disposal.
